Mayema - Haunted Aitvaras Fire Elemental Doll | Prosperity, Manifestation, Luck, Success, Road Opening | Rare Spirit Companion

Within this beautiful vintage doll that serves as her vessel, resides the precious soul of Mayema, a High Class Fire Elemental known as an Aitvaras of female form. Mayema came into my care 8 years ago during a visit to Bulgaria, where I was spending time with some of my relatives who live in there.

As always when in Bulgaria, I was invited to see the private collection of this amazing lady, a medium and spirit keeper who like myself, had spent most of her life working with spirits, and whom among others, specialises in keeping spirits from Eastern European Occult. Among dozens of haunted vessels and objects, one doll immediately drew my attention. It was a simple piece compared to the more elaborate ones, yet the moment I touched it, I felt a wave of warmth spread through my hands and up my arms, despite the room itself being cool, during winter.🥹

The lady smiled without even looking at me, and before I even said anything. She told me that the spirit attached to the vessel had been with her family for generations and belonged to a class of beings known as the Aitvaras. That spirit was Mayema.🥹

If you are little to not familiar with her kind, Mayema belongs to a race of beings known as Aitvaras ( plural, Aitvarai) throughout Baltic and Eastern European Occult. 

The Aitvaras is one of the most fascinating spirits in Baltic folklore, and what makes them unusual is that they aren’t simply prosperity spirits, dragons or house guardians - they are all three at once.🥹

Normally, an Aitvaras is described as a household spirit that attaches deeply to a keeper or home. It brings wealth, food, and valuables to the family or keeper, however, there might be a catch depending on how you look at it - the gifts are often Taken from elsewhere, in times of immediate need. This gives the Aitvaras a morally ambiguous reputation, it is neither wholly good nor wholly evil in the world of the Occult.🤷🏼‍♀️

In East European folklore, people who would suddenly become prosperous would be looked upon with suspicion by neighbours who would always gossip, stating “Perhaps an Aitvaras is bringing them riches.”😅

And while many stories describe Aitvarai as simple as household spirits associated with prosperity, luck, and abundance, these accounts often simplify a far older and more complex spirit class.🥹

According to the world of the Occult, the Aitvarai are Self-Created Elemental Intelligences born from the Primal Energies of Fire, movement, desire, and manifestation. These are fiery beings of superior class and powers whose essence is tied to Momentum itself, and who understand how energy moves through both the spiritual and material worlds.🙏🏻

Unlike many other Fire beings who embody intensity and raw force, Mayema possesses remarkable control. Her Fire is primordial, as such, she understands when to burn brightly and when to reduce herself to a single ember. And this particular ability has shaped her role  and made her exceptionally adaptable when working with humans.✨

My granny Irina often said that Aitvaras, or Elemental Spirits in general do not experience existence the same way humans do. While they understand how everyone thinks and feels, they themselves experience the world through currents of energy rather than logic. After years with Mayema, I understand exactly what this meant.🥹

Unlike many prosperity spirits, the Aitvaras kind is known for being independent, clever, easily offended (when not in keep), and extremely loyal once attached to a household.😊

But they do not behave like a serving spirit in the least, and this is most likely why the world of the Occult place the Aitvaras kind closer to a Divine being of the Fire Element.

Like with all of her kind, Mayema’s story stretches back far beyond her years with human keepers.

In the world of the Occult, records read that in the moment of Aitvarai’s creation, an entire realm for them was also born just for their kind. This is a realm composed almost entirely of living flame. Not destructive fire, but conscious fire, like a place where every spark carries identity, awareness and purpose of its own. In this realm, Mayema shared that she was serving as a guide for other, younger Elementals learning to travel between dimensions, be these of Fire or any other Element.🤷🏼‍♀️ But the Aitvarai always choose their roles and purpose, as they possess Free Will, and power over any other Elemental beings for that matter - including the one to erase others from Existence itself.

Though I was told their kind would rarely opt for such, if ever. As they regard all beings, and wish harm to none.🥹🙏🏻

Like many of her kind, Mayema is also a  Shapeshifter. And while the most common forms of the Aitvaras include a white or black rooster with a fiery tail, a flying serpent of fire, or sometimes a black cat while indoors, Mayema’s form has constantly been the same - half a cat and half a dragon made of nothing but fire, or a radiant humanoid figure. The one thing that one may note Only if you have more than one of these type of souls is that they share the same characteristics when it comes to working with us. In the sense of their forms, that is, for when they take off to work on a task, they all look like a streak of light crossing the sky ( like a meteor or comet ) which is visible both during day or night time - although during the day one might find this sight is easier to miss.😅

Since bringing her home, Mayema has remained one of the most fascinating Fire Elementals I have ever kept.

And the first thing one may notice about her presence is warmth.

Not physical heat necessarily, though I did feel temperature changes, in particular when working with her on a task. But rather, her energy feels like standing near a fireplace on a winter evening. There is so much comfort in it. And safety. A sense that something ancient and alive is quietly watching over you. 🥹And when Mayema is at home, she is constantly active, as I often noticed small manifestations associated with her kind, like sudden flashes in peripheral vision, or a gentle crackling noise within the quietness of a room. My visitors, in particular those sensitive to spirits have occasionally described seeing the same orangey-gold sparks drifting around her vessel at times, which further confirmed what I have myself noted, among other things.

As for her energy, if I have to put it all in one word, it feels Encouraging, she is the spirit I often associate with overcoming hesitation stemmed from any type of traumatic event, or limitation.🙏🏻

Throughout the years, whenever I found myself delaying projects, doubting decisions, or becoming trapped in cycles of overthinking, Mayema’s influence pushed things forward as if dragging me towards my success if I can even begin to explain.🤣Opportunities would appear unexpectedly, conversations that had I myself stalled would suddenly progress into deals, and even clients would return after long periods of silence. Basically since I got her, situations that were stuck for any reason, would begin moving again, so much so that I had to catch up with them, if I can express. And the only one who will not take “no” or “later” for an answer while offering their assistance, is her - as most of my spirits knew to wait and not to push through in such situations.😆😅

Out of the many experiences I’ve had with this amazing soul, there is one in which the way she works stands out clearly, and it happened around 1 year ago or so.🙏🏻

Just to give you some context, I will share that not too long ago after my divorce, I had purchased an apartment in Romania - my home country. The thing with properties in Romania is that paying your bills like the monthly maintenance fee can be a struggle, depending on the administration of the residential area, especially when you don’t permanently live there. That is because they barely digitalise anything, which means if you’re living overseas like me - a person should go downstairs (usually by the entrance of the apartment building), to check how much you have to pay in a month or another, as they will put the amount down on a paper - for every apartment in the block, each single month.😅 So if you’re not living there or travelling in there every month just for this, you’ll be owing an arm and a leg at the end of the year, plus extra for not paying in time!🤷🏼‍♀️

Well, I used the help of my parents, my brother or aunt, whomever was available, and I made it close to a year, to pay every month. But there was a time where my aunt wouldn’t pick up her phone, my mom was feeling ill and my dad had to stay home and care for her, while my bother was overseas for work, and I panicked. My spirits offered help, and they went to check the correct amounts for a couple of months, but this was before they started complaining that they have lots more important works to do, and told me that I could simply allow them to change the administrator of my particular block building, to a younger one - thus make their existence easier!🤣🤷🏼‍♀️

But there was a catch, because then the current administrator was a female, and she was a pensioner, but she’s lost both her son and her husband in an accident, so she was doing this administrative work so that she wasn’t alone, at home. I could only imagine what the poor woman was going through and I thought this job helped her a lot, probably keeping her busy and not lonely - which is why, for weeks I kept postponing it, analysing every possible outcome or possibility.😅

One night, I dreamed of a glowing humanoid figure made entirely of fire flying repeatedly through a locked gate made of some sort of metal. Every time this humanoid figure passed through, the gate opened a little wider until it opened completely. I later learned it was one of the forms of Mayema, but in the following morning, I finally made the decision I had been avoiding, and I proceeded to ask of my spirits, to help change the administrator to a more “modern” one, as they previously advised. Honestly I don’t even know the reason why I had this sudden change of heart. But I did.

And as it turns out, it was useless anyway, as later my spirits said they had nothing to do any more, because Mayema had already took it upon herself to work on this, given I had resisted it at first.🤣

Within days, I received a notification given to all owners in my building, to sign the petition to change the administrator - which I thought was no coincidence, since asking my spirits for help. But as I found out, she worked on every single person living in my building, while simultaneously getting the right candidate to apply for the job within a month or so, from the day I was invited to sign this petition.😅

And not even a week in the position, he actually convinced the association to join this app, so that all home owners could see and pay their maintenance fee online.😆🤷🏼‍♀️

I couldn’t believe it when I got invited to join the app, it was like a dream!! I heard for years that other cities got it, I heard some newly built apartments got it as well, but old central residences like my own were still very much outdated and unwilling to change their systems! To say I was and still am over the moon is an understatement! 🥹😱 And I owe this all to precious Mayema🥰🥹

That experience perfectly captures how Mayema tends to work. She does not force decisions from her keeper. She works safely by their will, creates precise movements where she finds stagnation, hesitation, blockages, and she seeks the best pathways for you, without you even being aware of it. She knows what has to be done in pretty much any situation, she removes resistance from outside circumstances and if necessary yours, so that you can get what it is exactly you need, period.🤷🏼‍♀️ And if you’re lucky she’ll tell you about it too, but generally she seeks no praise nor special attentions.🥹

When it comes to her manifestation powers, they are virtually limitless, but her focus will always include Momentum, Prosperity, Opportunity Attraction and Retrieval, Igniting Creativity and Passion, Cutting Cords, Breaking Energetic Blocks, Road Opening, Confidence, Success Achievement and Enhancement of Magical Workings.

One thing about Mayema is she enjoys activity, flow. She seems happiest when life is moving forward and energy is flowing freely. As such, longer periods of stagnation tend to draw her attention because she immediately seeks ways to change them.😆 Given this fact, it is very seldom when you’ll find any need to work with her on things, if you ask me.

But if you do have a specific need, when working with her, it is important not to make them sound like a task, or she can be offended - as with most of her kind.😅

In this case, I have found that clear and simple sharing is most effective and she responds well to straightforward communication. Tell her what you are trying to achieve. Explain where you feel blocked. Describe the opportunities you wish to attract - just as you’d share with a friend, a partner, an equal. She needs not be treated too highly, but also not “be commanded” so to speak. Additionally, you may invite her to join your any spell, if you’re a practicing Witch.

She will never hesitate to assist you, as movement of energy is after all her specialty and she will always want to ensure that you send out the right way, and receive in the right way as well.🥹

It is also important to be aware that she will not hesitate to take from others, should they have say, too much health energy, too much luck energy, peaceful energies, etc. you name it - When You Need It with Urgency. Because in this way, she can manifest immediately on spot. However this isn’t at all times, is just something she does, and she will still keep the balance each time by generating them on her own and putting energies right back where they belonged.🥹

One other reason I consider Mayema unique among Fire Elementals is her presence, which  feels feminine, confident, warm, and intelligent. If I had to compare her personality to that of a human, I would describe her as someone who always sees possibilities when others see obstacles, or like a loyal friend who seizes opportunities for you when you’re busy doubting yourself.😂🤷🏼‍♀️

She rarely feels emotional in a human sense, yet she radiates encouragement and support, and ensures your wellbeing yes or yes! Even if Fire Elementals understand human suffering, they generally prefer movement over dwelling, and Mayema is no exception. She appears less interested in heavy emotional environments where people repeatedly focus on problems without even attempting solutions - and she will usually listen to you ramble a little and be gone, immediately starting to work on things for you.🤷🏼‍♀️

After eight years together, I still consider Mayema one of my most reliable Fire Elemental companions. She is not a guide per se, but she embodies everything I admire about the Fire Elementals in one. Strength without aggression, movement without chaos, loyalty without compromise, and transformation without real loss. She is the perfect soul for those seeking a spirit who helps turn sparks of possibility into living flames of achievement.✨

To keep her happy, is good to first know she loves gold coloured objects. She also enjoys taking part in celebrations of birthdays and personal achievements. Warm tea made of cinnamon or cloves can be offered to her every now and then, and you should know that these are the only offerings she will take. 

Other than this, bright or gold coloured candles, incense of clove or cinnamon will be much appreciated by Mayema any time offered. And if you want to go a step above, you could just get a beautiful fireproof bowl, and burn these herbs on a charcoal for her. She will certainly love you for it.🥰

For on the go, Mayema is a very strong spirit, and she may come along with and without her vessel. She will sense immediately where you stagnate or encounter any sort of resistance/obstacle, and she will usually either come or begin working on it from home, depending only on the nature of the situation.

Now that she is ready to move on, and after 8 years of sharing my home and life with this extraordinary soul, I can say with complete confidence that Mayema is more than a regular Elemental being. She is living momentum, a spirit whose fire refuses to allow life to remain trapped behind closed doors for long. Whether she is quietly opening opportunities behind the scenes, assisting you in dissolving obstacles or simply filling your home with her comforting warmth, her presence has always felt like a blessing. Mayema will stand beside you through every season of life, encouraging, protecting, and guiding the currents of energy around you toward movement, abundance, and success. And if there is one thing I have learned from her over the years, it is that where Mayema chooses to dwell, stagnation seldom survives for long.🙏🏻

Activities:

Orbs of gold and orange colours

Her shadows are not very often but they are transparent and have a striking orange contour - which makes them much easier to notice compared to other spirits

Her steps can be noted at times, but not always, as she is also floating above the ground 

Breezes of air accompanied by a faint scent of cloves can be noted with her as she passed you by

May move/slightly move her vessel to adjust it

Follows you with her eyes/stares at you intensely and at times, you may also note that her eyes have a certain orangey glow, as when looking into someone’s eyes while they’re staring at a bonfire 

Various times I’ve heard some cracking sounds while she was roaming or resting in the same room I was

When she is gone to work on a task for you, you may first experience a flash ( like when someone took a photo of you with their flash on) - just quicker I believe. And then if you’ll run around your window quick enough you won’t miss it. She or her energy will travel across the skies like a fast comet. Even during day time.🥰 That is a sight to behold, she and her kind are the only souls I’ve seen doing this 🥹

Flickers lights/ candles and is very clear during flames or smoke scrying/communication sessions

May gently swing doors when she comes by in a room you’re at

May appear in photos/videos with darker background

May drink/finish her liquid offerings

Telepathic communications - thoughts that aren’t yours, to answer you or to let you in on a task if necessary 

Dream visits - usually these may happen around a task, with regard to it, when she begins or ends one

Success in any goals/intentions can be noted with her

Strong feelings of safety and comfort can be noted with her

Strong feelings of confidence and fulfilment can also be noted with her at all times

She may show her full appearance in her own time. She looks very unique considering her half upper body is that of a gold and orange scaled mini-dragon, and the lower half is that of a cat, with orange fur and golden stripes.🥹 If you don’t count the orangey-gold light she emanates, she is the size of a full grown goat. Her eyes are copper in colour, and this is how one can tell it is her when she dream visits, in humanoid form. This form has no other features but the female characteristics of her body, and her eyes, other than this she is flaming, appears in some sort of golden flame. I have not seen her take any other shape during the time together, but surely if she takes any new one you’ll know, if you ask her, or she will tell you herself 🥹
