Markus - Protective Male Spirit Companion | Anti-Anxiety, Emotional Healing Spirit | Vintage Haunted Clown Doll | Reliable

Within this rather cute vintage clown doll, resides the precious and lovely soul of Markus, a male spirit in his early 30’s, that lived in London, in 1930’s.

He came to me in 2021 from Lisa’s collection, a medium and spirit keeper from London as well, from where I have gathered a wide variety of special souls throughout time.

Markus is known as a powerful and protective, anti-anxiety spirit, though his life and background story shows nothing but love, softness and vulnerability.🥹

His early life was a rather easy one, as he was born into a well-off family of prestigious doctors, and he himself would have become one, if not for the tragic events that followed..🥲

He was excelling in his studies, he had various hobbies and interests, and a sea of friends. His family was a large one, and everyone was united, deeply involved and accepting of all, especially of Markus.

Markus shared teary - eyed that the only time in his life that he understood not all families are like his, was when his boyfriend, Joshua was violated, desecrated and trashed around, tortured for coming out to his parents, on being gay.🙏🏻🥲

Because he was gay, his parents had him committed and lobotomised when they discovered his relationship with Markus. The asylum’s diagnosis was simply put as “sexual perversion”, while the treatment recommended was transorbital lobotomy ( ice picks inserted through the eyes and into the frontal lobe). It lasted fifteen minutes, and there was no follow up treatment because the damage was irreversible. It basically destroyed everything that was Joshua, or his personality forever. 🥲

Markus says he remembers the doctor proudly telling his parents “Your son’s perversion has been corrected”, but what they brought home was a completely empty shell that no longer desired Markus, men or anything else!

Like Markus, Joshua had been lively, artistic, and passionate. They enjoyed silver smithing, creating accessories and jewellery together, and gifting them to family and friends, but after the lobotomy, Joshua stared at walls and robotically followed simple instructions.

Markus was allowed to visit Joshua for a couple months after the procedure, as a test more than anything, designed by Joshua’s parents and his doctors. But he would no longer appear to feel a thing for Markus or anyone, and this tore Markus’s heart apart in million pieces🙏🏻

He said the entry wounds of the ice picks were visible above both eyes, and where there had once been an intelligent personality, now there was just a blank expression. 🥺

His outward “calm” was a brain injury. The “successful procedure” was the killing of his very soul. Joshua would never paint again, never read poetry again, never laugh at jokes again. The lobotomy cured his homosexuality by destroying his humanity.

According to Markus who had been watching Joshua constantly, he lived on for many decades, but he never recovered who he once was. After the procedure, instead of going home, Joshua was placed by his parents in a residential facility for lobotomized patients, where he followed routines, showed no preferences, and expressed no personal desires. What remained, Markus said, was a body moving through life, but the person Joshua had been, was gone.🙏🏻

He also says Joshua’s parents visited him only once after what they had authorised and after moving him to the facility.🥺

Apparently they saw the irreversible result and never returned because they wanted a son who was not gay, and instead, they were left with a son who was nothing at all.🤷‍♀️To them, Markus says, that absence was preferable to having a gay child.🥲

For Markus, the loss was absolute.🙏🏻 He grieved someone who still breathed, someone the world insisted was “fixed,” while he knew that the person he loved had been taken away. Joshua was brilliant, kind, and deeply artistic. His parents called their love a perversion. The asylum called it an illness. And what had been called care was, in truth, the erasure of a human being. That is what they’ve done to them for loving.🥲

So as you may be able to tell, this tragic loss shaped Markus profoundly and not only him but his destiny. He couldn’t take any more of this pain, and thinking that it would all end with him dead, he sadly took his own life almost a year afterwards.

Unfortunately for him, it did not end there, because as soon as he let go of that chair and his neck broke, he woke up in spirit.🙏🏻

And he had to face this painful choice every day for years, until he came to terms with it, until he found peace.

The absolution of his guilt, the true peace in his heart he’s found while fully letting Joshua go, and focusing instead on helping people - while keeping random people safe through a means or another, which is why he had chose to stay indefinitely among us, and continue doing the only one thing that helps him and brings him joy, while being in our keep🥹🙏🏻

His protective nature, his gentleness, and his deep sensitivity to emotional pain all stem from having witnessed love punished and innocence silenced. As a spirit, he now stands fiercely against anxiety, fear, and emotional struggle or harm, offering comfort and protection to those who need it most - especially those who have known heartbreak, injustice, or the pain of being misunderstood for who they are.🙏🏻

Personality wise he is still the same gentle soul he was while alive, though he knows when to step in and snap you out of hopelessness and sadness, when to make himself clear, and when to let people know you’re not on your own and that they cannot mess with you!

To be honest, some of my best friends in life were gay, so I love gays personally, in this sense I am a little biased.🤭

This was one of the many reasons I have adopted him. The other was that my gay friend was curious and wanted a companion, though in the end he chickened out and backed off ( for which I wasn’t sorry one bit 😆). But more importantly, his story touched me to my core to be fair. It is just so sad, and the way he shares, in such vivid detail, I just felt it all so deeply🥲 All I ever want for him is to be happy, through living his purpose, the reason for which he stayed.

But little did I know he would become some of my most trusted ally!

It all started with the first week he’s got here, and after clearly being rejected by my friend Andy, for whom I’ve even adopted him.🥹

He was new to all this, and not deeply spiritual, so it was understandable for both me and Markus, though I wouldn’t expect Markus was ready to help me so quickly, that he was this protective!

This one night my then husband went to a party, and I didn’t accompany him because I had just gotten home from a trip with the kids, I was already tired.

By 11pm when I went downstairs to get me a glass of water is when Koon returned from the party, and he seemed to me a little drunk too, which is why I have not said a word just yet.😬

As it turns out, he wasn’t just drunk but drugged too, I’m not sure if he smoked or inhaled something or both, but this is all according to him, for I wasn’t there to see.

But whatever he got, caused him to see me differently, as not myself, he’s seen me in a dark laced cloak, with silver wings fully opened, carrying a huge chain in one hand and in another a spiked hammer, which he said I was dragging on the floor as a “threat” to him.🙄🤷‍♀️

And because he didn’t like what he’s seen, he tried to be “brave” by choking me For Real😱 - which is when Markus intervened by switching our position with some otherworldly force ( because even if I wanted to, I couldn’t, I am Not that strong!).

After reversing our positions he lifted him so high above the ground, he almost hit his head underneath the staircase😱🤭

Which is when I asked Markus to pls put him down carefully, and come sit with me.

I had asked him a million things like how was he able to even do that, but he said he didn’t know either - that it was only by instinct, when he saw I was being harmed.

He is truly powerful, I have to say this, for I haven’t had much experience with regular human souls doing such. But through him and my other spirits among which, witches, I have found that if a human soul keeps practicing endlessly using one or more of their abilities, their power to do “just that” will increase, much like with strength or stamina when exercising🤷‍♀️🥹 This is rare, it depends on the soul, but he is one of those rare cases🙏🏻

After this incident I barely went anywhere without him🥹 I honestly trusted him as much as I trusted my most powerful spirit family members, because he can take on anyone and anything when he sees you in danger. The only times I’ve left him home was when I needed different kind of assistance, but otherwise I just stick to him so much🥰

He has the loveliest personality, and he is so easy to be with. He is open, patient and so very gentle, and even though he doesn’t have other special abilities, his protection and his loving, supportive and comforting ways are more than enough for me or anyone🥹🥰

To work with him, you either need to tell him what it is you need, what it is that saddens you or makes you fear, and he will just know the right thing to do, but other than this, he will be alert at all times. He’s not only characterised by this strong sense of “smelling danger” even from afar, but also his constant check ins, he basically appears out of nowhere and makes sure you’re okay, ready to interfere whenever you’re not, and where you cannot help yourself.

On another note, to please him, is good to know he enjoys any and all offerings. Fruits, home cooked food, snacks of all kinds, and any type of beverages, known and unknown. He is up for novelties, just as he’s up for his favourites - shepherd pies and fish and chips oats with cinnamon.

To gift him, cinnamon incense sticks, scented candles or powdery, sweet perfumes are some of his favourites. But if you want to add a pinch of meaning, a silver trinket, bracelet or necklace would make him really happy, even more if it was hand made. This will remind him of the happiest times of his life, for he and his boyfriend Joshua used to create them together and gift them to their close ones🥹🙏🏻

For on the go, is good to know that he can’t travel too big a distance on his own without his vessel, but the good news is that it is lightweight and also a bit flexible, so he will fit in a medium sized handbag, or a backpack if you will.

Markus is many things. He is like your favourite girly, wrapped up in a tough armour, ready to take on the world with you.🥹🩷 His biggest purpose is to see you smile happily, in a safe place, and then enjoy these moments with you. There is not a single way to describe him, because he won’t just fit in a single lens, but he is the friend that you’ll want at your side through thick and thin, for life. He meant and means the world to me, for everything that he is, not just what he’s offered me, and I know that someone will be very blessed to have him, now that he’s ready to move further🙏🏻

*While I am aware that this may lessen his chances of getting adopted quicker, with all the love and patience in the world that this process deserves, and that he himself is showing, I have to mention that he will Not go anywhere near Europe, nor the UK. This is also the reason he prefers to move on, now that I myself relocated due to my divorce in Malaysia and lack of a visa to continue living there.🥲

-As such, please respect his decision and don’t insist on adopting him if you are from these areas of the world, for he had been specific about it, and this is one of the reasons why he is moving on from my keep🙏🏻

Activities:

Orbs of green, blue and white colour

Shadows, some quick and some slow and relaxed 

Breezes of air can be noted with him, accompanied by a sweet and powdery perfume scent I don’t really recognise but feels oddly familiar 😅

Gentle steps can be noted with him at any time of the day, provided there’s not a lot of noise around, and you’re paying enough attention

Follows you with his eyes, or stares at you intently

May move/slightly move his vessel

His vessel may appear to change facial expressions especially with photos at times he feels for it

May affect electronics, usually if he is sad or happy for you

Flickers lights/candles and may manipulate these, or incense smoke in communication sessions

May appear in photos/videos at times

May close cabinets, doors - especially if you have children, and there are sharp objects around ( he used to do it for my parrots 🤭) to avoid injuries, as I let them fly freely inside my home, most of the day times.

May knock doors/tables when he comes around where you’re at

May drink/ finish his liquid offerings

Strong sense of being comfortable, soothed, understood and safe on all levels can be noted with him at all times

May show his full appearance in his own time. He wears a grey suit with fainted darker grey lines, a white shirt adorned with a dark red tie, and a v striped black and grey beanie. He is fit and rather tall, 179/180cm approximately, and he is pale white in skin colour. His eyes are blue and I can tell his hair is copper mix blonde, more because of his brows and lashes since I couldn’t see his hair well. He has the cutest dimples when he smile and his teeth are really white too🥹 He also has a signet ring that says MJ on it which I believe he and Joshua created because in the visions he’s shared, Joshua had the same one. I just never asked to confirm🙏🏻He looks like an angel to be fair, and really really sweet.🥰He always smiles and says Hi even if you seen him twice or more in a day 🥹
