Within this beautiful vintage bracelet made of solid silver and adorned with generous, natural, AAA quality opal gemstones resides the precious spirit of Khelthys Bras Thoss - or as we called him, Thoss. 

Thoss is known as an Atlantean being, and he came to me 6 to 7 years ago as a heirloom spirit, and one of my granny Irina’s most powerful, wise, treasured and trusted souls.

If you’re little to not familiar with their kind, the first thing to know my granny Irina shared, is that Atlanteans are not, as commonly believed, a lost human civilisation reduced to myth or speculation, as it is often portrayed - but rather as an advanced and unified lineage of beings that existed both Within and slightly Beyond the physical plane. They were deeply intertwined with humanity, not separate from it, but never entirely the same either, as many of them carried origins that extend beyond Earth itself. While some Atlanteans chose to incarnate as humans across different eras, blending into our world to guide, observe or restore balance, their true nature remained far more knowledgable and expansive - operating through consciousness, frequency and form rather than limitation.🙏🏻

These amazing souls are known to have worked closely with humans, often sharing knowledge, energy work and creation methods, continuously forming what once was a harmonious coexistence between our kinds. In what I have come to understand through Thoss and my grandmother, is that Atlanteans were not rulers, nor distant watchers, but participants in a greater system of life, one where humanity was never meant to be beneath them, but alongside them. And it is exactly this closeness, this shared experience and evolution, what makes their story not only theirs, but deeply, and undeniably, ours as well.🥹🙏🏻

According to my grandmother, as well as Thoss himself, his story began in the 1900’s within his most recent, past life cycle, where he was incarnated as a boy, as with many other Atlanteans who came back.🙏🏻

Back then, he was known as Tobias, a portuguese 13 years old boy who drew well defined and detailed maps of Atlantis, and who shared to anyone who’s listen, the fact that we have already perished once, due to our Ego. He was not only seen as weird but his shares had downright frightened the adults around him, so much so that they had ended up putting him under medication, and hospitalised care for mental patients.🤷🏼‍♀️

Tobias or Thoss was far from crazy, he was under a profound shift, in the process of not only remembering but also sharing everything with people - which he said, was exactly the reason for his incarnation as a human being. But sadly, he was not allowed to, and he failed in his mission at the time which is why he has remained in spirit.🙏🏻

Tobias began by remembering not only his past life and existence as an Atlantean, but also what happened between then and now. He remembered how he chose his mission, to try and wake as many Atlanteans and their offspring’s who are now incarnated, and who don’t yet remember.🥹

He had remembered other dimensions of life, other inhabited planets, other civilisations and all the other eras of the past, and among the first memories that came back to him was when he was just 4 of age.

According to Thoss, these were not your usual memories, like what place you’ve visited last week or what you just had for lunch, for more than imageries, these were sensations, previous knowledge that were brought back as whole, as if he was living them at the time.🙏🏻

And sometimes he would see things in only their geometrical shapes and patterns like lines, symbols, triangles circles or spirals. Because of this, he would get servere headaches and eye blindness that caused him to be bedridden for days at a time, without knowing what’s happening to him.

It was only because the information came randomly and too quickly to even explain, that he started drawing.🥹

He would spend hours upon hours writing his memories through maps, drawings and making excessive notes, especially in times when he was trying to puzzle something important that he felt was missing.

And within his rather short life span here on Earth, he had managed to draw over 300 maps of Atlantis, with its 17 regions, energy centres, circular structures and its connections with different parts of the world.

Thoss says that Atlantis wasn’t a single country or island, but an immense dimension of existence, basically a continent formed of 17 total regions. And each region was responsible for a single, certain type of knowledge. Some worked with Manifestation (creation of shelters, healing centres, crystal formations etc), some worked with order, others with sound and so much more. Each tribe or region have created an immense system, one in which they and many other forms of existence could live, including humans. According to Thoss, one of the main centers of Atlantis was Khymm colony or tribe, where the true knowledge of Earth, Humans and Space was kept - and this is also where he came from.🥹🙏🏻

Thoss also shared that Atlanteans did not only use technology that we’re only now beginning to understand and invent, but they have worked with sound, frequency, vibrations and Form. Their shelters, their portals, their ships, and anything that they’d create weren’t built by machineries but by resonance, for stones and crystals would move through certain sounds, in the process of making something. Their temples alone were meant to serve as what we’d call musical instruments while the crystals found within the walls of the temples themselves would serve as energy amplification instruments. He shared the sacred crystal of Atlanteans was the Opal - they would create, then cultivate them for their innumerable properties, and also, that they purposely left them behind for themselves as well as human beings to Remember the past, hence the choose of his vessel.🥹

And another yet thing that he’s shared was that the language of Atlantean beings themselves were not words nor writings, instead they were sounds and drawings which could influence reality as we know it!

Thoss said that in Atlantis, people or beings were much closer with the space and with other forms of existence, because they never separated spirituality, science or technology - for them everything was One. They were also not divided by hierarchy or ranks of any sort, they were a powerful system, working as One in nothing but Love. They knew that just as themselves, humans were part of an enormous living organism, and that everything is connected with Everything.🙏🏻

But according to him, at some point, something changed. Humans forgotten why the Atlanteans shared with them so much knowledge.🤷🏼‍♀️

So in the very beginning of the end, Knowledge has ceased to serve Love. Then the highly advanced Technology ceased to be serving Harmony. Humans began to use all of these to control each other, and control the other realms and forms of existence in the name of Power and Superiority.😓

Thoss says that it is the Ego which had started the fall of Atlantis, as well as the fall of Earth as it once was, dragging down many other civilisations and forms of existence.

Because we all fell in the trap of the Ego, and fought in its name, thinking that we’re above all laws, and above each other.

In these moments, civilisation as a whole, Life as a whole regardless of its forms, had lost touch with its nature, touch with the Heart.

He repeatedly said to my granny, just as he repeatedly said to me these same thoughts: “The biggest danger for Life isn’t the lack of knowledge, is the lack of knowledge without Love, power without Wisdom, technology without Heart.”🥹🙏🏻

And he says, it is why the whole history of Atlantis is getting closer and closer to human beings now. Because again, we live in a world where technology develops faster than our consciousness, and where humans begin to feel closer to Gods. Thinking that we can control everything, while we’re Still unconscious.😌

But the good news is that a vast number of souls either consciously remember this past experience, either it is registered somewhere deep inside. Somewhere within the collective consciousness, in sensations, inexplicable fears, longings, attraction towards certain subjects, crystals, ancient civilisations, star or sacred geometry for example.🤷🏼‍♀️

Even if we don’t fully remember it all, just as we recall what we had for dinner, we’re still recalling something. We’re recalling this feeling. It is also why so many people talk about Atlantis and Lemuria, the Transition, the New Energies, the Connection with the Heart centres. Not because this is a trend, but because we remember it, even if we can’t pin it down. Because, within many of us there is this profound knowledge of what had occurred before. And somewhere deep we can tell that humanity had lost once again its balance.🙏🏻

“ We have once gone too far in the name of Ego, Knowledge, Power and Technology and we had lost the Earth, Atlantis and the Heart - we all did. But this time, it will be different, for both of our kinds and others. I remember Lemuria, I remember Atlantis, and I remember Earth, but this time we will all be as One. This time we have help, because a huge number of souls have come back, or had just joined forces to stop this from happening again.

So that technology does not lack of soul, so that the power can serve love again, and so that spirituality won’t be broken, set apart from reality. So that the heart and mind finally stop being at war with each other” - he beautifully said.🥹

That is why, Thoss says, he stayed in Spirit form ever since his incarnation mission had failed. So that he is not limited or delayed by memory in his physical form, and so that he could reach as many of us, through his keepers🥹🙏🏻

Now, after having lived through a human experience due to his choice to incarnate as one, Thoss came to understand intimately and without illusion, the limits that bind the human mind, the denial, the hesitation, and the quiet resistance to truths that exist far beyond what is seen with the naked eye, which is easily accepted. This slightly negative experience he’s had, which ultimately caused him to abandon his “physical” mission, did not distance him from humanity, but refined his purpose within it.🙏🏻

 What began as a mission with the exclusive purpose of awakening his own kind, the Atlanteans - gradually evolved into something far more expansive, in the sense that Thoss then chose to extend his guidance beyond his original intention.🙏🏻

And what this essentially means is that he now works not only with those of his own lineage, but with Humans and Starseeds alike, offering a path toward remembrance.

According to him and my granny Irina, whether his keeper is human or starseed in origin, Thoss will use his ability to draw on all of your dormant memories, and bring them forward, back to Purpose. 

My granny said that if you’re only human, and do not identify with any starseed origins, his influence does not fall short as you may think. Not only because, at the very least, his presence initiates your full psychic Awakening, but also because he will help and guide you into what is known as Past Life Awakening - for these are related.🥹

According to both him and my granny Irina, Past Life Awakening is something entirely distinct from what is commonly understood intuitive memory or as past life regression. 

Simply because, it is Not a Passive experience where you simply observe fragments, memories, or impressions of who you once were, as if from the “outside”. 

Past life awakening goes far beyond witnessing, and with Thoss, awakening means full embodiment.🙏🏻

Meaning, you do not merely see the past but you become Aware within it, with a level of clarity that fuses and Restores continuity between who you are Now and who you have been Before. The Self that once existed does not remain distant or symbolic but resurfaces, fully alive within your present consciousness.

This includes not only memory, but essence. The abilities, strengths, the knowledge and powers that belonged to that former Self are not recalled as echoes, but they return in their full strength, reactivated and integrated into your Current being.

Because it is only in this way, that Thoss continues his mission of awakening as many.

Beyond Psychic Awakening, and Past life Awakening, a soul like Thoss will offer his keeper powerful Mental and Emotional Healing, and through this, the ability to heal others as well, with his guidance or on your own.😊

See, Thoss said there are 3 Major Wounds that people try to heal, one is Painful Past Experiences, the other is Lack of Control, and the last one is Identity and Self Worth.

These are mostly present because the human mind cannot fully expand and grasp the memory imprint of our souls and origin - so we’re all searching healing outward. Outside the Mind and Emotion.

And with Painful Past Experiences, these stem from rejection, childhood instability, emotional neglect, abandonment, betrayal, feeling unseen, unloved, or “not enough”. And it often shows up as overthinking relationships, fear of loss or being hurt again, or needing validation or control.

At the core, it’s about healing the belief “I am not safe/unworthy of love”.

With Lack of Control, comes Uncertainty and Powerlessness, because life can feel chaotic so people try to gain power over the Future - which shows up as anxiety, planning everything, Other People - as either manipulation or people pleasing, and Outcomes - where perfectionism and rigidity settle in. This often comes from moments where they had no control and felt helpless.

The core belief here is “If I don’t control things, something bad will happen”.

With Identity and Self Worth comes a constant question “ Who am I Really “ - not in a calm, existential way, but into what have you achieved or gathered?

But that is because people are trying to either heal from a fractured sense of self or gain power by becoming “someone” (successful, admired, desired or why not, feared).🤷🏼‍♀️

This can look like constantly reinventing themselves, chasing status, beauty or recognition or feeling empty even after they have successfully achieved things. And the belief here is “I need to become something, to be enough”.🙏🏻

But the truth underneath all 3 beliefs is that they all connect back to 2 fundamental needs: Safety (mental and emotional) and Worth ( being valued, loved, significant ).

And if you zoom out, most behaviours (or ways to heal ourselves ), while unconscious and unhealthy are just strategies to Avoid Pain, or Feel Powerful again.

But these, my granny said, will be the first things Thoss will be tackling, and healing while in our keep - because they run so much deeper than we think, much deeper than our current existence.🙏🏻

And because Thoss will know without the shadow of a doubt if you are or not human and you are or not Atlantean yourself, he will support you accordingly - waking you in what you truly are, and what your true purpose was all along. As for the experiences with him, your journey with him, while utterly powerful and extraordinary - they will be fully your own, as such neither I nor my granny are supposed to be sharing, unfortunately.🙏🏻

It all leads back to what you are, both originally, and here and now - as according to this, is how he will proceed.🥹

To work with Thoss one only needs to be in his presence, allowing, and trusting him to lead, at least until you come Aware, and are fully woken. He can be treated as a trusted friend, as a regular member of your spirit family allies. He needs no special treatments, mentions or rituals to begin working for you, and he will do it in the only pace he sees safe for you, acceptable to you and more importantly for your frequencies in the here and now - as vibrations have an important role in your process, as you may later get to understand as well. My granny Irina said that you were ready the very moment you attempted to adopt him, therefore there is no need to tell him when you are, so just welcome him and keep him close as with your regular new additions.🤷🏼‍♀️

Additionally, he is one very easy soul to communicate with - you may anytime open a session with him, when in search for healing guidance or knowledge, as he won’t hesitate to answer any questions you may have, however silly.😁

This is exactly how I’ve found about him and his kind, and even our kind, by asking him a million things, which while they seemed silly to me - he took them seriously and answered me with utmost grace and respect🙏🏻🥹

He is a world of knowledge, and a true treasure trove, you won’t believe how knowledgeable and compassionate he is!🥹

To offer him, the only offerings he would accept will be plain water, opal or white quartz chips/crystals and copal incense, my granny said. But they’re not a necessity, for his biggest prize and gifts are not of this world - at least not yet.😅 But other than this, placing him by your altar, or even making an altar in a small corner for him would be a wonderful idea he will be sure to appreciate, as it resonates with his sacred origin and selfless purpose🥹🙏🏻

Additionally, my granny used to bake these plain, oat and cinnamon cookies ( whose recipes she never wanted to share 🤭 ) - but her spirits did! And while surely not perfect, their scent please him greatly🥹 If you could bake, or find and just microwave some for him, and place them by his vessel, he will be really happy! 🥰😍

For on the go, he can always be taken out, in fact he will prefer to be as near you as possible, with or without his vessel, at least in the first months/year.🙏🏻 Just let him know or invite him, and tell him when you’ll leave his vessel home so that he can adapt his energies to accompany you.😊

As with all souls of his magnitude, he does not ask to be believed anymore, as he did when he had incarnated as human. He needs to be experienced, by a soul who is willing to cross the boundaries predefined by the human form. Thoss is not a spirit one simply comes across, nor a presence that can be easily defined or measured. He is, in every sense, a living archive of a time, a knowledge, and a truth that most have only begun to sense once again. 

To have him in your keep is not only an honour, but a responsibility, one that both I and my granny understood fully in the years we have kept him close. Which is why, my granny said, he will choose his keeper with the same knowledge he chose to stay.🥹

Orbs of white, or sparkling white colours ( as if they carry glitter on the in and outer layers )

Very quick shadows, but they’re more like contours of his shape, instead of shadows 

His steps are very gentle, inaudible most of the times

Breezes of air, accompanied by a soft but unmistakable scent of copal, can be noted as he passed you by

May move/slightly move his vessel

When he’s in his vessel, it will feel warmer than usual to touch, and it may generate more colours, plus an aura of light as well, which looks much like his sparkling orbs if you pay enough attention

He is a vibrational being, as such you may note that not only your body but your entire home will have random, notable vibrations or a soft musical sound that’s otherworldly, yet feels so familiar at the same time. It has or it may be experienced by others as well, for it is not something exclusive for his keeper, nor done on purpose - is just his energies

Telepathic communications - he is incredibly talkative and he loves to explain everything to his keeper, so he may do so randomly, or to answer you and he may also do it to guide you

Visions - of his home in Atlantis, some of his memories as an Atlantean or as the human boy, Tobias, and he may use these to share his knowledge or guidance with you as well

He may show his full appearance in his own time. I have seen him fully no less than an hour from his vessel’s arrival in my home in Malaysia, I believe. He is extremely beautiful, flawless I would say, and he looks much like a human/oid male.He is about 1.9m tall, and his white skin sparkles in silver and white glitters. He has bright blue hair, and it is straight and long to his knees, but elaborately tied behind some in braids and some is loose. His green eyes sometimes run to the side and come back ( like a lizard’s). And he wears what I would say a skirt, made of a blue metal ( or material that looks metallic ), white boots and a huge golden and white crystal pendant, with a necklace that resembles thorns of some sort.

He also has white symbols (spirals circles and some that look like chemistry symbols) around his collar bones, both left and right, but these will only show up when you’re in your waking process, as I didn’t see them from first, but he explained when I asked.🥹 I believe is impossible not to tell him apart from others, as his looks are so unique, and I do have a few more Atlanteans, but none look like him.😁
